DIALOGUE

The Dialogue Module will draw on the experience of the Bloody Sunday Trust in planning public and private events which are mould-breaking in the context of reconciliation.

The focus will be on dialogue within and between communities, respect for human rights and dignified inclusive remembrance.

Currently the Bloody Sunday Trust hosts two sets of events each year: on the anniversary of Bloody Sunday itself at the end of January and on the publication of the Report of the Bloody Sunday Inquiry (Saville Report) in June.  Participants will be encouraged to organise their own events, invite speakers and arrange associated publicity.

The Dialogue Module has grown out previous work carried out by the Bloody Sunday Trust and will continue to develop an ongoing calendar of imaginative and challenging events with key themes such as trust, legacy, conflict and peace.
